now THAT'S optimistic branding

yesterday, i headed to indianapolis to see the Beloved Spartans of michigan state as they continued their journey through the ncaa tournament, when i came across this trailer park community. it is called "Hoosier Estates."

i think instead of increasing the perception of the community, this branding effort actually devalues the word "estate." though i have to give them credit for being consistent. the home page of their website shows two people underwater in a clean, refreshing-looking pool.

note, however, a pool is not listed among the amenities.
